Instagram-safe Open, then Safari
Instagram gives a profile one website line. Veyro is the page behind that line. The public address is ordinary https. Deep Link Pro is what happens when that address is opened from inside Instagram: blank cream behind Open and Cancel, then Safari or the system browser. People who arrive in a normal browser see the composed page. The marketing site stays in light mode. The cream sheet is only the in-app moment.
A button on the page can try an app and then fall back to the https address. Country rules can welcome a visit or set it aside. None of that has to be explained in the Instagram bio.
