Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026. This page is a working template for a private link service — have counsel review it before you rely on it as your final policy.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Veyro (veyro.bio), including the marketing site, accounts, workspace, and public pages at /@handle. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Veyro.
2. Early access
Veyro is in early access. Features can change, pause, or be withdrawn. Access is currently free. We may introduce paid membership later. We will not charge a payment method we never collected. See Pricing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the account and for the destinations you publish.
4. Unique handles
Handles are unique, first come, first served. If a name is taken, it is taken. We may reserve names (for example login, pricing, admin). We may reclaim a handle that violates these terms, that impersonates someone else, or that we reserved. Changing a handle succeeds only if the new name is free.
5. Your content and links
You retain rights in the labels, bios, and destination URLs you submit. You grant us a licence to host and deliver them so the service can function. You must have the right to publish what you post. Veyro hosts link pages and redirects — it does not host the destination sites themselves.
6. Adult destinations
You may link to adult destinations if you are allowed to do so where you operate. You are responsible for age-gating, records, and any platform rules that apply to you. Enabling Veyro's optional 18+ prompt does not replace your legal obligations.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Veyro to:
- break the law, or traffic in illegal material;
- phish, malware, or otherwise deceive visitors;
- harass, exploit, or involve anyone 17 or under;
- attack, scrape, or overload the service;
- impersonate Veyro or another person;
- resell access without our written consent.
8. Stealth features — no platform promise
Cloaking, decoy shells, in-app continuation, canaries, and geo rules change what different kinds of visitors receive. They do not guarantee that Instagram, TikTok, or any other company will approve, keep, or monetise an account. We do not control another company's review tools. You use those features at your own risk.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service up. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting incidents, and force majeure can take pages offline.
10. Intellectual property
The Veyro name, mark, and product design are ours. You may not copy the service or suggest an official partnership we have not agreed.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that puts the service or other members at risk. On closure, public pages for that handle may disappear and the name may return to the pool.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veyro is not liable for lost profits, lost accounts on third-party platforms, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (which may be zero during early access).
14. Governing law
These terms are a template. Until the operator names a jurisdiction, disputes are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.
